How to build or edit your website on Our Button

Adding images

• Select My Slideshow to add photos to your Slide show.
• Image page appears, Press "Add New Image" small image box appears.
• Press "browse for image". Our Supplied "Moxiecode Image Manager" now appears.
• If you have photos in the manager click on one and it will load on to your Slide show.
• To upload new photos to your manager.
• Click "upload" - a upload form appears which enables you to transfer images from your computers memory to the Moxiecode Image Manager.
• Click "browse". A window will appear with your computers folders choose a picture, press open now press "upload".
• After a few moments your image will appear in the Moxiecode Image Manager.
• Continue as above.
• For web efficiency and optimum ourbutton.com use, Your image size MUST be .. A maximum resolution of 72 Pixels/inch and Maximum width 600 Pixels, Height pro-rata.. Re-sizing can be actioned by Adobe Photoshop or similar.
• You must always type a caption for the image.
• The GALLERY page works as above with the added benefit of being able to describe the photos in the left hand column.

Remember that at any stage of the above to view your progress click "Overview" and "View my website". Your work so far will appear together with a red banner which informs you that your website is not yet "live".

Purchasing your website 

• When you have finished editing go to the "my websites" page and press  "checkout".
• The checkout page appears with 3 options.
• If you wish to checkout later click that button.
• If you are adding a Free business listing click that button.
• If you wish to purchase your site click that button.
• Information will appear regarding the cost of your website.
• To continue purchasing click "checkout now".
• Our secure payment system SAGE PAY will open a new window.
• Select your payment method e.g. Visa, Mastercard etc.
• The transaction details page will appear and you then enter your card details.
• Click "proceed"...
• If your transaction is successful you will then be transferred back to ourbutton.com with a message saying order complete with your order code and other information.
• You will receive an email with a VAT receipt which you should print for your records.

What happens next?

Your website is now live and can be viewed by searching our button for your town e.g. Chichester or by typing your website address which is for example www.ourbutton.com/chichester and pressing your BIG red button!

Should you wish to purchase another website e.g. for a different trading district or department in your business then click "create new website" and continue as above.

You can now edit your website at any time by logging in with your email address and password.
